The Tehama County SELPA Governance Council Hereby Gives Notice that a Public Hearing will be held as follows:

 

The Governing Board of the Tehama County Special Education Local Plan Area(SELPA) will hold a Public Hearing to review the SELPA Local Plan Sections:Certifications (Section A); Interagency Agreements (Section C); Annual ServicePlan (Section D and attachments) and Annual Budget Plan (Section E andattachments) on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. or once a quorum has beenestablished.After the Public Hearing, the SELPA Governance Council will adopt:Certifications (Section A); Interagency Agreements (Section C); Annual ServicePlan (Section D and attachments) and Annual Budget Plan (Section E andattachments) for 2025-2026.
